Getting Started

It has taken some time, but the Counseling Ministry is getting on board with the blogging at Faith Promise. For those who don’t know us, we wanted to introduce ourselves.

Faith Promise has two Christian counselors on staff. We are Ann O’Connor Slimp, Ph.D, and Teagan Rozmus. M.A. We both integrate sound Christian principles and effective psychological strategies in our counseling sessions. We meet with individuals and couples of various ages and encourage people to set goals for counseling. We may assign “homework” between sessions as we work together, and this homework will be designed to help you reach your goals. The counseling is confidential and is provided to those who regularly attend Faith Promise, as part of the church’s ministry.

If you would like to make an appointment, call the church, and press “0” for the Cheryl, our wonderful receptionist. She can help you make an appointment.

We are here to help.
