5-Week Double Dare Challenge
The Double Dare group meets every Monday at 6:00 pm and consists of weight and stability ball training. Act fast as the class is limited to the first 15 participants.
Body by Sprat 6-Week Boot Camp
Do you need a little extra “motivation” to get in shape? If so, then you’ll want to check out this group dedicated to intense fitness training. This group meets on Wednesdays from 11am to 1pm in Satellite-1 beginning April 6, 2011.
