Walking Debt Series Begins This Weekend

The Walking Debt - FINAL

Dear FPC Family,

Hopefully by the time you read this, Snowmageddon 2015 will be a thing of the past! The good news is – Spring is only four weeks away! Please know that I have been praying for each of you daily, as many of you have endured the extreme cold with power outages and fallen trees. We are so grateful to God for His protection over our entire church family!

This weekend, February 21-22, we begin our new sermon series, The Walking Debt. Many of you have seen the series promo which has been shown during our recent weekend services. Although we all know that zombies are fictional, what we don’t realize is that Satan has a chokehold on so many in the church. The enemy would love to cause us to act similarly by aimlessly chasing after money and all the “stuff” of this world, but Jesus said, “You can’t serve two masters.” If we are slaves to our wallets, we are prevented from using the money God provides to us as He would have us do. He blesses us so that we can bless others! Join us at one of our campuses during the next four weekends as we learn how to secure our financial freedom by discovering the true biblical view of money.

God continues to bring more and more families across all of our campuses and we are so grateful!  Our Blount Campus has recently added a third service, our North Knox Campus will add a second service beginning on February 22, and our Campbell Campus plans to add a second service beginning on March 8. And for those of you who attend our Pellissippi Campus, please mark your calendars for a schedule change effective March 1, 2015. Beginning that day we will add a third Sunday morning service with new worship times as follows: 8:45, 10:00 and 11:30 am. Our Saturday evening service will remain at 6:00 pm. More seats for more souls!!!

I love all of you and hope to see you this weekend!

Pastor Chris
