Summer Recap: Children
(This post was written by Gina McClain, Director of Children’s Ministries)
Everyone says summer speeds by faster than we want. That never seems to change. But they don’t seem as lazy as they did when I was a kid. 🙂 Personally, my family has had fun exploring eastern Tennessee and all the outdoor fun it has to offer. My favorite by far is the little stream we discovered at Smokey National Park where we float in the water and skip rocks all afternoon. Nothing beats a day like that.
For me, summer is all about creating memories. They don’t have to be big to be impactful. Between road trips, weekend jaunts or simply trips to the park… summer is all about hanging out together and having fun. My hope is that your family has done some of that in the past weeks. As we move into the fall know that with everything we do in fpKIDS, we want to equip you better as you lead your child to love Jesus. Memorable moments play a big role in that.
