Happy New Year to Everyone!

2015 is off to a great start with our new series, Small Things Big Difference. If you missed last weekend’s opening message, Planted in the House, please go to our website and learn seven life-changing results of being planted in the church that God intends for you! As our theme verse for the year, Psalm 92:12-13 tells us, we will grow and flourish when our roots are deeply planted in His House! I want to flourish, don’t you? Join us at one of our campuses each weekend this month as we continue this important series.

As we begin the second week of our Bible Reading Plan and continue our 21-Day Fast together, I hope you are already sensing a fresh movement of God’s Spirit within you. I urge you to read through and use the booklets that have been handed out at all of our locations during the past three weekends to help you grow spiritually like never before. Use the daily devotionals, and pray over our church’s prayer goals for the year. During 2014 God blessed us with 642 souls being baptized! Our goal for this year is 650, but I believe with all of us praying and working together, He will help us surpass even that number! If you haven’t gotten a booklet, it’s not too late to begin the journey with us!  Download your copy by clicking here.

In the booklet you can also learn biblical reasons to develop a heart of generosity and about our annual Heart for the Harvest Offering. Heart for the Harvest 2014– what an amazing weekend!  Our offering was beyond anything we could have hoped or dreamed. There were many people who wish they could have given, but living paycheck to paycheck they had no cash to give. I realize, recognize, and sympathize! Here is an idea to help you as we look toward this year’s H4H – use this 52-Week Money Challenge chart just as several of our small groups did in 2014. You will then be prepared when November 14-15 rolls around as we all sacrifice to advance the Kingdom together!

See you this weekend, prayed up and ready for a Word from our Mighty God!

Love,

Pastor Chris

P.S. Please remember to pray for Pastor Mike Baker and Kandice this Sunday, January 11, as we launch our new North Knox Campus location on Haynes-Sterchi Road!  We give God all the praise for another FPC miracle blessing from above!
