New Sermon Series & Time Change Weekend!
Hello Faith Promise Family,
Wow! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the unbelievable response at all of our campuses this past weekend as we concluded the Tapped Out series. God stirred in many hearts as hundreds and hundreds of people made commitments to begin or move forward on their Generosity Journey with Him through Faith Promise Church. We also broke all giving records with the largest offering we have ever had on a regular weekend. We give Him all the glory as He continues to pour out blessings upon our church family! Let’s keep working, praying, and claiming Psalm 65:11 to see what He will do!
“You have crowned the year with Your bounty, and Your paths drip with fatness.”
This weekend, March 9-10, we will begin a soul-stirring new series about God’s amazing grace called, Greater Than. Have you ever received a gift you didn’t deserve? Grace is God showing His unconditional love to us even though we don’t deserve it. We can’t do anything to earn it, and it is greater than anything we could have done, or ever will do, to receive it. It is by His grace that we are saved through faith in Jesus Christ! Join us this weekend as we look at what the Word has to say about this undeserved favor from our Heavenly Father.
Also, please remember that Daylight Savings Time begins this weekend! Don’t forget to “spring forward” and set your clocks one hour ahead before bedtime on Saturday night, March 9.
Easter is only three weeks away, and I ask you to join us in praying for packed services at all locations as we celebrate our Risen Lord. Pick up invite cards in the foyer of your campus and ask your friends and family to join us for Shadows, a two-week Easter series including an Easter Celebration on March 29-31, and an original film on April 6-7. We will also have a special two-week experience for kids, preschool through 5th grade, called The Hunt is On. How many will come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior because of your faithfulness in praying and inviting during this Easter season?
I am so excited about all God is doing, and I can’t wait to see how He will move in the weeks to come. Have a blessed week, and be here this weekend for Greater Than!
