I frequently speak with parents who are discouraged because they did not start intentionally investing in their children’s spiritual development sooner. Many times, their children are now teenagers or even young adults. They realize that, like most investments, there is a compounding effect. The sooner you begin investing, the sooner the likelihood of a potentially (there are no guarantees) greater return. While the past cannot be “undone” we do have incredible opportunities today.
Regardless of your child’s age, start investing in their spiritual development today. If you are uncertain where to begin, the Family Ministry Team at Faith Promise Church would like to partner with you. We would love to provide resources, offer suggestions, encouragement,er and pray for you and your children as you take this God appointed step. There are countless stories of parents who got a late start at leading their children spiritually, and God used other people to stand in the gap for a child or student. Our God is all powerful. He can redeem the time that has been lost. Start today.
Have you started intentionally investing in your child’s spiritual development?
