Downtown Les Cayes and Reno

After spending the morning at Madame Jezula’s church, we started the afternoon driving through downtown Les Cayes. We drove by the Navy port and walked out to the end of the pier. Always a beautiful view.
After, we went to a church in Reno. The French apron is Renault, and it is pronounced ray-no.  This is the small community by the river that is now serviced by the new borehole water source we visited our first day.

At Reno, the young people had prepared a program for us, including song, dance, and drama. They wanted to show us their culture. They even pulled several of our team up to perform with them.
