Coming This December

This Christmas, join us for a very special four week experience: The Journey. We’ll take a look at Jesus’ early life and the things we can learn to help us on our journeys. Join us this December to find out how Jesus’ story speaks into our stories.

And coming Christmas weekend… join us for a family Christmas Eve experience. Kids Kindergarten through 5th grade will worship with their parents. Kids birth to 5 year old will have an age appropriate service in fpKids.

Bethlehem

We all want to be loved.

Love isn’t something you earn, though. True love is a gift, freely given without conditions. So why do so many of us feel compelled to earn it? Why do we struggle to believe we are worthy of it? Christmas is, above all, an outpouring, the highest expression of love that ever showed. It’s the greatest gift we can choose to open.

EGYPT

Jesus was a brilliant teacher, challenging unjust leaders and unjust laws alike. One of his most powerful public teachings took place in a tiny church near his hometown, and it was a challenge to everyone who listened. As He picked up the scroll for Isaiah, Jesus declared he wasn’t just there to teach: he was there to liberate, break bonds, set captives free. He was ushering in a new kind of freedom that up until then was only a whispered hope in the mouths of prophets.

Nazareth

What do you truly believe about yourself? Do you let your circumstances dictate your future? Do you let others set the narrative about your potential? Why is it so easy for us to lose focus and let the voice of God be drowned out by everything around us? Why do we struggle to wrestle with this question:

Do you truly believe God’s promises, that He created you on purpose, for a purpose?

Jerusalem

Our journeys each take different paths. Sometimes we’re led on clear, straight walkways. And sometimes we’re left waiting at a signpost, still believing the promise that we’ll be shown the way.

No matter where your journey has taken you, take comfort that we have a Christmas promise that will never leave us or forget us. Join us Christmas Eve as we celebrate with candlelight and carols the Hope that all humanity waits for.
