Back To School

Hello, Faith Promise Family!
I can hardly believe that the school year is already upon us. Summer seems to come and go more quickly now than ever, and I pray that you have been able to carve out some memorable family time during the past few months. As we hit the fall season in full force, here are a few ways that you can continue to stay connected as a family and make the most of every season:
Prioritize with Purpose: Parents, remember that YOU set the agenda for your home, and your primary agenda must be to glorify God with your decisions. The way you prioritize your family’s activities will affect the trajectory of your family and create a legacy. Make sure that the legacy you create is the one you want! What you make a priority for your family can teach your kids more than what you say to them.
Partner with the Local Church: Faith Promise has so many incredible things to offer your family! Keeping your family connected at FPC (FP Kids on the weekends, Remix and Catalyst on Wednesday nights) will underscore the relationships and values that your family needs!
Parent with Intentionality: This might sound like a no-brainer, but it is crucial to not underestimate the importance of asking questions of our kids and staying involved in their lives. The Family Ministry is committed to helping you do this through our Parent Connection materials. For every event and experience that is offered for your kids and students, we will provide a way for you to connect with them and walk with them through the topics.
