All Star Leader
(Written by Zach Carringer, Worship Intern) Being the youngest worship staff member and youngest band leader at Faith Promise, I’ve learned a lot about leading people from mistakes I’ve made and just watching and learning. In my opinion, a leader doesn’t technically have to be a person in a staff role or volunteer leader. It can be as simple as someone pointing out something or going the extra mile to make someone feel appreciated. A leader doesn’t have to be a worship leader or leader from the stage. As the body of Christ, He has called us to go and be servants for His people. That could mean going on mission trips or helping someone in your own backyard. Leaders are people who aren’t looking to get recognized, but people willing to step up and take charge of the opportunities in front of them.
Are you up for being an All Star Leader?
