Rachel Christensen Worship Resources
Hi! I’m Rachel. I became a part of Faith Promise in 2003 after my family moved here from Charleston, South Carolina. I’ve always had a passion for music - but I can’t think of anything better than using it (along with other creative elements) as a tool to glorify the incredible God we serve. So I started getting in the middle of dramas and worship through the youth group. I kept coming around and ended up interning for several years with the worship ministry.
I officially became a part of the staff the summer of 2009. My official title is “Worship Resources”, which means I oversee fpResources along with other odd jobs to help the Worship Ministry function each week. I’m super excited about what God is doing here and can’t wait to see how He’s going to use me to further His kingdom!
I’m currently working on my Bachelors Degree in English (and I feel like I’ll never finish!) and I LOVE studying abroad. I have a passion for missions and music, and I have no idea what God wants to do with it, but I’m totally willing to take the path He leads me down. For fun… I like to read (I know I’m a nerd!), play Rock Band (the best game of all time) and I really enjoy quality time of any sort with friends (especially if Starbucks is involved).
