Meet the Staff
Michael Wallace High School Pastor & UT Campus Pastor
Michael grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina, and graduated from Appalachian State University. Upon graduation, he married his wife, Holly, and they moved to Texas. While in Dallas, Michael earned a Masters in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary and spent five years working with both middle and high school students.
In December of 2009, Michael, Holly and their 2 year old son, Colt, migrated back east to join the Faith Promise staff. Michael and Holly love to spend time hanging out as a family and are eagerly awaiting the birth of their second child this spring!
While Michael loves all sports, he has a special place in his heart for UNC basketball, Virginia Tech football and the Dallas Cowboys. (He is working desperately to become a Vols fan as well!) In addition to enjoying sports, Michael can usually be found listening to good music or watching a great movie.
As a side note, if you want to be in his eternal good favor, all it takes is a cold can of Cheerwine. Just in case you were wondering....
