Meet the Staff
Jason Stubbs Worship Associate - Vocal Director
Jason is originally from the beautiful archipelagic country of the Bahamas, where he was born and raised until coming to the US to attend college. Jason is from a strong Christian family that valued faith, education and community service as essential to living out God’s purpose. In this vein Jason has completed undergraduate studies in Psychology/Theology/ Music and further graduate seminary studies in Church Ministry/Counseling. He is currently pursuing is doctoral studies in leadership and ministry. Jason believes that God has called all believers to live life to its fullest. Jason enjoys worship and is passionate about seeing people connect with God through worship and the Word.
Jason has had ministry experience serving as an assistant vocal director for a major Christian university traveling singing group and worship ministry intern and worship pastor in several ministry settings. While in university Jason met his stunning, godly wife and is eternally grateful for the resplendent beauty that she illuminates not only externally but internally.
Jason enjoys running, go-carts, cricket (a Caribbean sport) and baseball. Jason is also a social activist and believes that believers also share social responsibility as essential to expressing our Christian care and concern.
Jason has been attending Faith Promise since fall of 2006 and engaged actively in the worship ministry since fall 2007. Jason is a Worship Associate and works with the vocals, and he wants you to be a part of the ministry. He wants you to come ready to have fun while we create, connect and assist in bringing about life change in the lives of people.
