Meet the Staff
Evan Crass Associate Pastor of Groups
Evan serves as a pastor in the groups office at Faith Promise Church. Although Evan rolled on staff in July 2008, he has been a part of FPC since the very beginning. Prior to becoming a staff member, he served in various areas, including the Leadership Team and the Management Team and has continuously served as a group leader since returning home for graduate school in 1998.
Evan’s background includes working with start-ups and emerging companies, and he continues to consult with these companies, specifically in the areas of operations and finance. It is this same passion to see new companies grow that drives him to create and nurture new and creative groups to connect people with God and others. These groups form the foundation for the church’s diverse offering of interest groups.
He and his wife, Marta, were married in May 2000. They have a daughter, Kate, who was added to the family in May 2007, and a son, Andrew, who was born in December 2009. The extended family includes the hundreds of people who have been a part of their group over the years.
